The results of State Information System "Public control" work in the 1st quarter of 2017

On April 28 the Interdepartmental Commission on GIS of the Republic of Tatarstan "Public Control" held a meeting in the Office of the Commissioner for Human rights in the Republic of Tatarstan. The agenda item is devoted to the first-quarter results of 2017. The meeting proceeds through videoconference mode.

Ensure the pre-arranged appointment is honored by the Chief of Staff of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Asgat Safarov, the First Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Frolov Aleksey, the First Deputy Minister of Health Care of the Republic of Tatarstan Osipov Sergey, the Deputy Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan Shakirov Fayaz, the Deputy Minister of Labor, Employment and Social Protection of the Republic of Tatarstan Abdreeva Yuliya, the Acting Deputy Minister of Informatization and Communications of the Republic of Tatarstan Muginov Azat, the Head of the Department of Roadway Network of the Ministry of Transport and Roads of the Republic of Tatarstan Kazennov Oleg.

During the Interdepartmental Commission’ meeting the main moderator, the Commissioner for Human rights in the Republic of Tatarstan Sariya Saburskaya mentions increasing number of applications of Tatarstan citizens to the GIS of RT "Public Control" in the 1st quarter of 2017. The quantity of applications submission is becoming 9% more compared to the same period last year.

Sariya Saburskaya specifies to place greater focus on such notifications as “Planned”, on making publications of intermediate comments about fulfilled services on time.

The Head of the Department of Roadway Network of the Ministry of Transport and Roads of the Republic of Tatarstan Kazennov Oleg recommends the municipalities of Republic to put attention on timely and high-quality execution of road patching.
