Results of 2023 work with citizens' appeals
Working with citizens' appeals is an essential part of our work. In 2023, residents of the republic and regions of Russia addressed us 5,750 times, of which 1621 - through the system of providing emergency services call through a single number «112».
Of the total number of citizens admitted at personal reception, 526 were directly accepted by the Commissioner, 313 by the Office of the Commissioner.
For 2023, the following were held:
47 personal reception of citizens in the Office of the Commissioner;
4 personal visits in Arsk, Kukmor, Nizhnekamsk, Zelenodolsk municipal districts;
17 joint thematic sessions with the head of the investigation department of the Russian Investigative Committee for the Republic of Tatarstan V.A. Lipsky and his deputy M.S. Dulkarnaev; the prosecutor of the Republic of Tatarstan I.S. Nafikov and his deputy A.O.Chekhovs; Minister of Labor, Employment and Social Protection of the Republic of Tatarstan E.A. Zaripova; head of the State Law Bureau of the Republic of Tatarstan» M.R. Fatcullin, representatives of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Tatarstan.
10 days of legal assistance for persons detained in the penitentiary system, including videoconferencing;
8 days of legal assistance together with RO LTD «Union of Pensioners of Russia» in the Republic of Tatarstan;
4 days of legal assistance for conscripts;
2 personal appointments at the Reception of the President of the Russian Federation in the Republic of Tatarstan.
6 telephone «hotlines» were held on education issues (including summer holidays and health improvement of children in the Republic of Tatarstan), on military service in the ranks of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, on protection of the rights of the elderly, disabled persons, including together with the association of women deputies «Marhamet-Mercy» - «Women’s Issue».
