Today she took part and spoke at the final board of the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan.

The Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Utilities of the Republic of Tatarstan in the final report noted important points of activity of housing and communal services. The basis for the smooth functioning of the industry is the timely and complete collection of payments for housing and communal services. In 2023, it was 99.2 per cent.

In his speech Rais Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov identified as a priority the quality and cost of housing and communal services as a factor of direct influence on the standard of living of citizens. One of the most important tasks of public utilities is the preparation and conduct of the heating season. The accidents that occurred at the end of the last year and at the beginning of this year in some regions have shown the consequences for the population from poor preparation of heating facilities to the heating period. This can not be allowed in the republic!» - said Rustam Minnikhanov.

The Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan in the GIS system of RT "People’s Control" is the moderator of the directions: 📍«Improvement and infrastructure" (39 102 notifications), 📍«Solid municipal waste" (3 847)as well as the categories 📍"Overhaul of the house" (118), 📍"Corruption in the field of landscaping" (8) and 📍«Corruption in the sphere of overhaul (1).

In my speech I noted the need for the Ministry in relations with municipalities when forming municipal and republican investment programs for the next year, to take into account also the notifications coming to the GIS of RT «People’s control»with particular attention to notifications published earlier by system users.
